Can a Web Site Be Built in 1 Day?
Absolutely. With the right design and development skills and the decision maker on-hand, your website can be built in one working day. In our experience, we've found that while websites can take months to put together, much of the time is spent on two things: waiting for clients to make decisions, and assigning work in the production queue once the feedback from the client has been given. If you have one of our developers there for the day, that time is spent almost entirely on simply doing the work. When you set up your day for the service, you'll be laying the groundwork for much of what we'll need to get the job done. And with access to your opinion and authorization, we can move the project forward very quickly.

How Big a Site Can I Build?
There are limits to what can be done in a day. The target of “Custom Web Site in 1 Day” is small businesses wanting a site to promote their company online. The focus of this service is a basic "brochure-ware” style site with 5 to 10 pages. The key is to understand what can be done in the span of a working day: smaller sites allow us to put more work into the beginning stages of planning the best approach, while larger sites means we need to move quickly with an initial idea.

What If You Can't Finish in a Day?
The first thing we do when starting on production day is to size the project, and then execute the work that needs to be done to finish it, with that one working day in mind. However, when a job isn't finished by the end of the work day, we'll commit to having it completed within five business days.

What Kind of Features Can I Get?
This service is primarily for marketing sites; sites that promote your company. The end result will be a site that is well-designed and reflective of your company's brand. Depending on your requirements, the site can have special functionality including customer acquisition forms (like sign-ups for newsletters or special offers). You will also have the choice to add the ability to update your own site. This will require that you purchase third party software that cost is under $200. The one area of functionality that we can't do in 1 day is Flash (think highly interactive animated sequences), as this is too time-consuming for a 1 day project. You can choose to add that at a later date for an additional fee. You can choose from a host of add on items – some that can be done the same day some that would require additional time.

What is Included?
This service is intended to be a complete solution: we can help you with content, design the site's look and feel, and put the two together into a complete website. The final result is a set of files that you will own and be able to place on any web host that you wish. Some clients have existing web hosting providers, and we're happy to work with them. For those who don't, we also offer premium “always up” hosting starting at a rate of $25/month.

You offer hosting?
Yes. We find that many of our clients scramble at the last minute to get hosting for their new sites. Our hosting cost is low, $25/month, but you are not required to host with us. We have been hosting web sites since 1994 and are confident that you will find our low end hosting package more then adequate for your new “Custom Web Site in 1 Day” site. We can also assist you with the purchase of your domain name if you do not yet have one.

What if I Want a Bigger Site?
When you sign up for the “Custom Web Site in 1 Day” service, we may determine that your requirements are more than can be done in a day. In that case, we will recommend you pursue a more traditional approach with our parent company, Synergy Soup Interactive.

What if I'm outside of Michigan?
If you are outside of Michigan please contact us. If you require that we come to your location there will be additional costs for our travel expenses. We have also developed many successful sites via phone and email - we would dedicate the staff members needed to complete your project and keep an open line of communication via phone or email to complete your project in a timely manner.
